This role is responsible for optimizing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with the organization's hiring goals. The position focuses on systemization, implementing a structured process for the TA team, and securing top talent. It involves working closely with the department heads, HR and Talent Acquisition teams to build comprehensive plans that identify talent needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining a steady stream of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
  • Oversee and refine sourcing, screening, interview and hiring process to enhance candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
  • Working with the HR Business Partner, ensuring hiring managers are fully supported and trained in hiring practices to deliver a seamless candidate experience and consistent process.
  • Building a network use of Huawei’s internal recruitment system to ensure a future pipeline of talent is built.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Using analytics and internal recruitment technologies to optimize the hiring process and predict future talent needs.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in-house recruitment/agency recruitment experience (ICT or semiconductor industry is preferred).
  • Experience in designing and implementing structured, scalable recruitment framework.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to track measure, and optimize key recruitment KPIs (time to fill, cost per hire, candidate experience, etc.).
  • Hands on experience in process improvement recruitment systemization.
  • Ability to develop and execute high volume executive and niche hire strategy.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high performing internal recruitment team.
