The Senior TX Delivery Lead plays a key role within the Transmission function, supporting the delivery of network upgrade projects and infrastructure enhancements on behalf of shareholders. Working closely with Managed Service Partners, Principal Contractors, Small Works Contractors, and internal stakeholders, the role ensures deployment activities are delivered to time, cost, and quality while maintaining compliance with design and HSQA standards.

What you’ll be here to do:
- Deliver network site infrastructure projects in line with design and HSQA standards
- Manage the day‑to‑day performance of suppliers and third parties against agreed time, cost, and quality targets
- Investigate delivery issues and drive recovery actions where performance is at risk
- Manage supplier performance through regular reviews, reporting, and governance meetings
- Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues where required
- Agree site delivery plans, budgets, and timescales with key stakeholders
- Manage changes to site lists and deployment requirements
- Maintain accurate project and site data throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Drive continuous improvement and challenge existing ways of working to improve outcomes
- Act as a role model for values and ways of working
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience delivering projects across multiple teams and third‑party suppliers
- Proven ability to operate within structured governance and delivery frameworks
- Good understanding of Transmission processes and cross‑functional dependencies
- Knowledge of deployment activities across Acquisition, RAN, Transmission, Deployment, and Operations functions
- Experience managing outsourced suppliers and driving delivery performance
- Telecommunications deployment or infrastructure delivery experience
- Strong planning, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage delivery to agreed processes, standards, and timescales
