Project People are recruiting for a Commercial Property Surveyor on behalf of a high-profile client. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the management and optimisation of a diverse portfolio.

Working as part of a collaborative and high-performing team, you will provide expert property advice to internal stakeholders, external legal representatives and surveying professionals. You will support strategic estate management activities while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day estate activities across a designated portfolio.
  • Lead on renewals, rent reviews, lease renewals, exit management and breach resolution matters.
  • Provide clear and pragmatic property advice to contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present Witness of Fact statements where required to support tribunal proceedings.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience in commercial property or estate management.
  • Professional property qualification (MRICS, RICS or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
