MBNL is transforming into an Infrastructure Management Company, and we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our People, Programmes & Change directorate on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Working within the Portfolio Management Group (PMG) Centre of Excellence, you’ll play a key role in delivering strategic business transformation projects that support new services across MBNL’s infrastructure estate. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile initiatives that directly support the evolution of the UK’s best mobile network infrastructure.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end delivery of business transformation projects
- Ensuring projects are delivered to agreed time, cost and quality targets
- Managing governance, risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder engagement
- Monitoring budgets, forecasting and benefits realisation
- Driving delivery momentum and corrective action where required
- Supporting consistent project delivery standards across the PMG portfolio
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience delivering business projects from concept through to implementation
- Strong project planning, scheduling and risk management capability
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in complex, fast-paced environments
- PRINCE2, APMP or equivalent project management qualification
Desirable:
- Experience within telecommunications or infrastructure environments
