Effective legal support is critical to maintaining compliance, managing risk, and enabling timely delivery across the Company's estates portfolio. This role ensures legal queries, documentation, and processes are handled efficiently, supporting both the legal function and wider business operations.

This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in the Central Reading office.

What you’ll be here to do:

  • Support legal colleagues with site‑specific queries including renewals, NTQs, access disputes, and enforcement
  • Analyse and maintain legal data, reporting, and system updates
  • Support disclosure activities, including document searches and coordination with stakeholders
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of templates and knowledge resources
  • Conduct title searches and undertake legal research
  • Review legal billing schedules against service level agreements
  • Review agreements and coordinate execution processes
  • Provide general legal and administrative support across the team

Who we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent qualification
  • Understanding of commercial property law, including Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
  • Ability to differentiate between leases and licences
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage high volumes of work
  • Strong IT skills across Microsoft Office tools
  • Research and analytical capability
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
