We’re looking for an experienced MI & Insights Analyst to take ownership of performance reporting, dashboards, management information and insight generation across Sales & Marketing activity. This is a highly visible role focused on turning complex commercial data into actionable insights that drive prioritisation, optimisation, forecasting and business growth across both core and emerging propositions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and develop the Customer Office MI & reporting suite
- Deliver insight across campaign performance, channel ROI, funnel health and conversion metrics
- Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting packs for leadership and board-level stakeholders
- Build and maintain dashboards across multiple business applications
- Analyse commercial performance trends and provide recommendations for growth and optimisation
- Improve data quality, CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Digital and Data teams to ensure robust measurement and reporting frameworks
