The Legal Administrative Support role plays an important part within MBNL’s Legal, Governance and Operational Excellence directorate, providing administrative and coordination support to the legal team and wider business. Working across internal teams, stakeholders, and suppliers, the role ensures key legal processes, communications, and documentation are managed efficiently and accurately to support overall delivery.

What you’ll be here to do:
- Coordinate and track document signing and execution processes, ensuring approvals are in place
- Support billing activities, including purchase order processing and month-end tasks
- Monitor and triage legal inbox communications and company-wide correspondence
- Manage physical post and ensure timely distribution and response
- Organise meetings, travel, and team events as required
- Maintain and manage litigation calendars, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to support legal activities
- Manage deeds requests in line with internal policies and procedures
