As a Site Assurance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that build and upgrade activities across the estate are delivered to the highest standards. You'll oversee the acceptance of completed sites, verify that installations align with approved designs, and ensure each site is ready for operational handover and revenue assurance.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure completed site builds and upgrades meet approved designs and design guidelines.
  • Drive supplier performance to achieve right-first-time delivery within agreed SLAs.
  • Review Vyn audits and conduct quality assurance checks to validate workmanship.
  • Use your telecoms build and auditing expertise to identify service improvements.
  • Analyse performance trends to enhance quality, efficiency, and operational readiness.
  • Champion best-practice operations and support digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth site handovers.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in mobile infrastructure site design, build, and electrical systems.
  • At least 5 years’ telecoms field experience.
  • Strong telecom site auditing capability.
  • Advanced IT skills, especially Microsoft applications.

Desired

  • Familiarity with industry design guidance and processes.
  • Knowledge of towers, cabinets, and active equipment.
