Project People is seeking a Service Design and Transformation Manager for a 6-month contract based in Reading. This role involves designing and delivering critical changes to the Shared Operations service for network performance.

You'll lead service design, engage stakeholders, and ensure alignment with shareholder requirements while maintaining operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong ITIL v4 knowledge, telecom experience, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills to drive change.

This position requires 2 days a week in office and contributes to enhancing service quality and stability.
