We are ideally looking for a mix of mobile telecoms and agency experience for this role - B2B.

To match our ambitions, we’re building a new, agile marketing function — and we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to be a part of that evolution.

Your mission

Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you'll bring strategic vision and hands-on expertise across brand, campaign, and proposition development. You’ll shape and execute multi-channel campaigns that resonate with segmented audiences — driving awareness, product adoption, and long-term loyalty.

What you'll do

  • Lead integrated campaigns that support product launches and brand growth
  • Develop powerful, insight-driven propositions for our expanding solution portfolio
  • Partner with internal teams and senior leaders to bring campaigns to life
  • Ensure brand consistency inside and out as we refresh and relaunch
  • Own the annual campaign calendar and guide content creation
  • Support lead generation, go-to-market strategy, and high-impact events
  • Embrace experimentation to stay ahead of trends and audience expectations

  • A major part of this role will relate to Small Cells technology and infrastructure. We are looking for someone who can build a plan on how this can be showcased. The messaging, the events that we need to attend, how best to sell it.
  • Strong Copywriting skills. Working very closely with the Head of New Business to support what they need for all their new customers.
