Job Description
- Monitor, maintain and enhance critical credit scorecards and decisioning performance across consumer and business journeys.
- Collaborate with other team leads to identify risks, improve processes, and optimise connections to our network.
- Engage with stakeholders across different business areas to align strategies and achieve company goals.
- Provide valuable feedback on propositions, projects, and services.
- Analyze data using Excel, SAS, Alteryx, and Python to identify trends and opportunities.
- Challenge existing credit policies and propose effective changes.
- Perform regular and ad-hoc tasks, delivering actionable insights to drive positive outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience managing and developing credit scorecards (Essential).
- Advanced Excel skills (Macros, Pivots, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, etc.). VBA knowledge is beneficial.
- Recent experience analysing data using SAS/SQL, Alteryx, or similar tools (within the last 6 months).
- Mathematical or finance-related degree or proven experience at a senior/lead analyst level.
