We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in training, readiness, and business change delivery to support a large-scale transformation programme. This role will suit someone who has successfully planned and scheduled training activity as part of wider business change initiatives, ensuring teams are prepared, engaged, and ready to adopt change.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and delivering projects within a complex transformation environment, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery to agreed objectives.
- Managing projects through the full lifecycle from initiation to implementation.
- Planning and coordinating training and readiness activities across the business.
- Establishing and maintaining project governance, controls, and reporting.
- Monitoring project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Managing budgets, forecasting, and tracking spend against business benefits.
- Ensuring project quality, coherence, and successful business adoption of change.
- Driving corrective actions and recovery plans where delivery is at risk.
- Working within established PMO and portfolio standards, policies, and frameworks.

You’ll ideally have:
- Proven experience delivering business change or transformation projects end-to-end.
- Strong experience planning and scheduling training activity within project environments.

- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capability across multiple business areas.
- Experience supporting organisational readiness and adoption of change.
- PRINCE2, APMP, or equivalent project management qualification.
