Project People is seeking a Senior Design Manager for Regulation, Audit & Governance to strengthen building safety across mobile infrastructure. The role is based in Reading with 2 days in the office and reports into the Architect & Senior Manager – Regulation, Audit & Governance, within Legal, Governance & Operational Excellence.
You will interpret and apply the Building Safety Act 2022, building regulations, and fire safety guidance across the portfolio, ensuring regulator-ready documentation.
