We're looking for an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to lead complex, business-critical change programmes that will shape the future operating model, processes, and ways of working across the organisation.

This is a high-profile role, working closely with senior leadership, shareholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic transformation initiatives from concept through to implementation.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading large-scale transformation programmes and organisational change initiatives.
  • Supporting the design and implementation of new operating models, business processes, and organisational structures.
  • Establishing programme governance, managing risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery plans.
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making at executive level.
  • Driving business readiness, change adoption, and successful delivery of programme outcomes.
