We are seeking a senior Key Account Manager to lead the strategic, commercial, and operational success of major enterprise telecoms customers. This role owns complex, high-value accounts end-to-end, driving long-term partnerships, profitable growth, and multi-year account strategies at enterprise scale.
Acting as the senior executive interface, you will build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders, lead high-value commercial negotiations (hundreds of millions), hold full P&L accountability, and orchestrate cross-functional teams across Sales, Commercial, Finance, Delivery, Operations, Technology, and Legal to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional service outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver sustained, profitable growth across strategic enterprise accounts
- Own forecasting accuracy, commercial performance, and full contract lifecycle management
- Lead complex, high-value commercial negotiations and contractual change
- Identify and realise upsell, cross-sell, and solution expansion opportunities
- Resolve complex commercial and operational escalations
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders
- Extensive experience leading large, complex strategic or enterprise accounts
- Demonstrable P&L ownership and enterprise-level commercial accountability
- Strong commercial acumen, financial literacy, and negotiation expertise
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Confident, credible communicator at C-suite and executive level
