We’re looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to provide expert, commercial ER advice and coaching to managers and stakeholders across the business. You’ll handle complex and high-risk ER cases and support major business change initiatives, ensuring compliance with policy and employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex ER cases
- Ability to manage large volumes of ER cases
- Strong understanding of UK Employment Law
- Assess ER risks and provide practical, commercial recommendations
- Use ER data to identify trends and drive proactive interventions
- Support and develop ER Advisors and deliver training to managers
- Drive continuous improvement in ER policies, processes and practices
About You
- Strong experience in Employee Relations, including complex cases and ability to handle large volumes of ER cases
- CIPD qualified or Part-qualified (with extensive experience)
- Confident communicator with strong influencing, coaching and stakeholder management skills
- Experience on Case Management Software/systems
- Able to interpret data, identify trends and provide commercially balanced solutions
