๐ Weโre hiring: Contract Manager โ Theale (3 days in office)
Are you an experienced Contract Manager with a strong commercial mindset and a background in telecommunications, infrastructure, utilities, technology, or a related sector?
Weโre looking for a Contract Manager to join our Sales & Commercial Team and take ownership of a portfolio of complex Power as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Coverage as a Service (CaaS) contracts.
This is a key role focused on managing the full contract lifecycle, strengthening customer relationships, ensuring SLA and KPI performance, mitigating commercial risk, and supporting revenue growth.
What youโll be doing:
๐น Managing contracts from implementation through to renewals, extensions and amendments
๐น Monitoring SLA, KPI and commercial performance
๐น Building trusted relationships with customers and senior stakeholders
๐น Identifying and mitigating contractual, commercial and operational risks
๐น Supporting contract negotiations, dispute resolution and governance
๐น Working closely with Legal, Finance, Technical, Operations and Account Management teams
๐น Analysing contract data to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
What weโre looking for:
โ Strong experience with contract management
โ Experience managing complex commercial contracts across their full lifecycle
โ Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills
โ Excellent analytical, organisational and stakeholder management abilities
โ Commercial acumen and a customer-focused approach
Experience within mobile telecommunications infrastructure, utilities, PaaS, IaaS, CaaS, enterprise/public sector contracts, or professional contract/commercial qualifications such as CIPS, WCC or CCCM would be advantageous.
