We are now looking for a Content & Social Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team in Reading. As Content & Social Marketing Manager, you will lead our content strategy and own organic social performance. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will build a scalable "always-on" content engine that grows awareness, credibility, and engagement across both our core business and new growth areas. This is a brand-new role, and you will have the opportunities to shape it and make it shine. Own the organisation’s LinkedIn and organic social strategy as a strategic channel for corporate visibility and credibility, thought leadership, proposition education, talent and culture storytelling, vertical engagement. Define channel standards and operating principles covering tone and voice, content formats, engagement and community interaction principles, executive amplification Ensure social content strategy is aligned to the corporate narrative, brand strategy and marketing priorities. Content Execution: Build and run a LinkedIn/social publishing engine, including weekly cadence , content series, event amplification , community engagement and comment strategy Create and manage social content optimised for LinkedIn and any other social channel, with strong hooks, structure and storytelling formats, clear calls-to-action and conversion pathways, and collaboration with creative and Studio Support leadership visibility through executive ghostwriting, voice guidance, narrative alignment with corporate affairs and reputation management Monitor and optimise social performance, producing insight on engagement trends, Audience & follower quality growth, top performing themes, web content and lead capture Expert knowledge of LinkedIn best practices for B2B brands — content formats, engagement models, and channel growth strategies Proven track record of transforming LinkedIn into a meaningful growth driver, combining creative thinking with a clear focus on measurable outcomes Deep understanding of social performance metrics and how they connect to awareness, consideration, and demand capture Exceptional copywriting and storytelling ability — crafting high-performing content with compelling hooks, structure, and tone across digital and social channels Skilled in executive social storytelling, including ghost-writing and authentic voice adaptation for senior executives Demonstrated success in growing LinkedIn presence and engagement for B2B brands and senior executives Evidence of building repeatable content series and scalable publishing rhythms that sustain long-term channel growth Strong channel optimisation mindset — translating data and insight into smarter publishing decisions and continuous improvement
