As a Change Manager within our Change Management Centre of Excellence, you'll lead change across key transformation programmes, ensuring new ways of working are successfully adopted, embedded, and sustained across the business.
Responsibilities of the Change Manager include:
- Lead end-to-end change management for strategic programmes and projects
- Conduct Change Impact Assessments across people, process, technology, and data
- Develop and deliver Business Readiness Plans, communications, training, and adoption activities
- Support transition planning and go-live delivery
- Contribute to the development of MBNL's change frameworks, tools, and standards
The successful Change Manager will have:
- Proven experience delivering change in complex transformation environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience with change methodologies such as Prosci / ADKAR
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive adoption outcomes
Desirable: Change Management qualifications (Prosci/APMG), CoE experience, and a background in telecoms, infrastructure, or other operational environments.
