MBNL is looking for a Business Support Lead to manage and develop a team of Business Support Coordinators while driving operational excellence across the organisation.
Working closely with senior leaders, shareholders, suppliers and external partners, you'll ensure effective business support services, improve ways of working and enhance the overall colleague experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Business Support team.
- Drive operational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate governance, actions, risks and key deliverables.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and partners.
- Improve communication, collaboration and information flow across the business.
- Manage budgets, purchase orders, contracts and support services.
- Oversee workplace, facilities and office operations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
