Why this role matters

Clear, standardised processes are essential to delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality services across MBNL’s mobile infrastructure. Responsibilities for the Business Process Analyst include:

  • Facilitate value stream mapping workshops with cross-functional teams
  • Capture and document end-to-end “as is” processes
  • Produce high-quality BPMN 2.0 process models (GBTEC BIC preferred)
  • Identify waste, risks, and inefficiencies across processes
  • Design “to be” process improvements and future state options
  • Define business rules, exceptions, and decision logic
  • Support embedding of processes into day-to-day operations
  • Maintain and improve the MBNL process landscape
  • Deliver multiple workstreams at pace with high attention to detail

The successful Business Process Analyst will have:

  • Strong BPMN 2.0 process modelling experience (essential)
  • Experience in value stream mapping and process improvement
  • Ability to produce detailed process documentation at pace
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
  • Lean / continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience with process tools (GBTEC BIC or similar)

Desirable

  • Experience in regulated or process-driven industries (e.g. automotive, pharma, aerospace)
  • Lean / continuous improvement environments
  • Telecoms or infrastructure experience

If you are a hands-on process specialist who enjoys working in detail while improving the bigger picture and you’re confident facilitating workshops and turning complex processes into clear, structured models, then please apply.
