RAN Performance Technical Authority – 12 Month Contract

Are you a seasoned RAN expert ready to lead performance improvement across a national network? We're looking for a RAN Performance Technical Authority to join a high-performing, multi-skilled team driving excellence across our entire RAN estate. This is a key role offering the opportunity to shape and influence RAN strategy, performance, and delivery across internal teams and major external suppliers.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing technical leadership and governance for all aspects of RAN performance
  • Owning the end-to-end delivery of RAN programmes to meet performance, budget, and quality objectives
  • Leading technical direction and standards across both internal stakeholders and third-party partners
  • Driving best-in-class performance across our RAN network and ensuring delivery excellence
  • Managing complex supplier relationships, including commercial and contractual oversight

What We’re Looking For:

  • Deep expertise in RAN Performance and Design (3G, 4G, 5G, MOCN/MORAN)
  • Strong track record delivering complex RAN programmes, including RAN sharing and network integration
  • Proven leadership in technical governance, supplier engagement, and programme delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience with OSS systems, RAN CEX tools, and cross-domain technical integration
