This is a rare opportunity to build products that will shape the UK’s digital future working for a high profile company in Reading. Your role is to be the Product Builder for new service solutions. You’ll take ownership of several strategic new products, from concept through to launch and in-life optimisation. Your role is to maximise the value of the product and its return on investment. You’ll act as the intersection between the business goals, the technology stack & design, and the user-experience – defining the discovery, feasibility, GTM, and value tracking. The role requires significant collaboration across engineering, delivery, sales and marketing.
What the role will be doing:
- Own a specific product or solution area from concept to delivery
- Conduct customer and market discovery to identify needs
- Define MVP and roadmap using agile principles
- Build business requirements, customer journeys, and go-to-market channels
- Align with engineering, delivery, and ops to define product design and delivery model
- Track in-life performance, ROI, and customer feedback
- Support PMO with implementation tracking and delivery
- Help with customer and partner onboarding if solutions are delivered through third-party
Experience Needed:
- Experience of product management in a technology or engineering sector
- Subject matter expert in full product lifecycle and deployment of product management frameworks (Product Operating Model, SAFe, Agile)
- Experience launching complex multi-vendor products with commercial acumen
- Customer first thinking, across physical and technology deployment
- Strong stakeholder engagement across technical and commercial functions
- Familiarity with agile, lean product development, and GTM readiness
