We’re looking for a Portfolio Asset Manager to lead strategic relationships with major infrastructure and multi-site partners such as Network Rail, Transport for London, utilities, councils, and airports. This is a highly commercial and relationship-driven role, where you’ll negotiate agreements, unlock new opportunities, and drive value across a diverse property portfolio.

Responsibilities of the Portfolio Asset Manager include:

  • Lead and manage key portfolio relationships and act as the main escalation point
  • Negotiate and secure portfolio agreements, renewals, and acquisitions
  • Oversee delivery of property transactions (upgrades, renewals, new sites)
  • Identify new commercial opportunities (e.g. site-sharing, partnerships)
  • Drive performance against time, cost, and quality targets
  • Manage third-party suppliers to ensure delivery and compliance
  • Forecast, track, and report on portfolio performance and risks
  • Collaborate across Property, Legal, Finance, and wider teams
  • Continuously improve processes, governance, and delivery efficiency

The successful Portfolio Asset Manager will have:

  • Strong experience in telecoms property / asset or portfolio management
  • Proven track record delivering high volumes of sites against targets
  • Solid understanding of UK property legislation (incl. Electronic Communications Code)
