We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support two members of the Senior Leadership Team (C-Suite). This is a fast-paced, high-trust role where you’ll be at the heart of the business—managing priorities, enabling leadership effectiveness, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex and ever-changing diaries, scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments to maximise efficiency
- Coordinate meetings end-to-end, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and tracking actions
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communication with professionalism and discretion
