New roles! We’re looking to hire two experienced Business Development Managers to join a growing telecoms organisation:
- 1 x Business Development Manager – Public Sector
- 1 x Business Development Manager – Transportation (Rail)
These roles are ideal for commercially driven professionals with a strong understanding of the UK telecoms infrastructure market, who can build relationships, identify opportunities, and translate technical solutions into real-world outcomes.
The roles:
- Drive new business and growth within either Public Sector or Rail / Transportation
- Engage with customers, partners, and internal teams to shape compelling telecoms solutions
- Play a key role in strategic account development and market expansion
What we’re looking for:
- Strong understanding of the UK telecommunications infrastructure landscape
- Proven track record in business development, new business sales, or revenue growth into the public sector / transportation sector
- Ability to understand technical telecoms solutions and tailor them to sector-specific customer needs
- Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Strong strategic planning and organisational skills, with the ability to execute complex plans
- Data-led mindset: able to analyse market data and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
