Junior Portfolio Analyst

Portfolio Support Analyst (Junior) 6 month FTC Reading | Hybrid You must be eligible to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship This role will sit within the Portfolio Support Team and will be responsible for supporting the team in the management of the Demand management and roadmap process , project tools, administration and reporting. This role will be providing analytical support to the portfolio management team. It will be providing guidance and insight around the state of various projects and programs within the portfolio, providing reporting and insight to internal stakeholders as well as the external shareholders. We’re looking for somebody with good Excel & PowerPoint. Articulate and Concise communicator with the ability to speak with stakeholders What you will be doing: Manage the PMG central mailbox, addressing IFS Project and budget-related queries Administer and maintain project tools (IFS, Perform), ensuring data integrity Support corporate performance reviews and shareholder reporting through reporting, follow-ups, and action tracking Assist demand management by tracking, monitoring, and reporting activities Support delivery of training on Delivery Way, tools, and processes Document PMG processes and maintain governance forums (Project Board, OIF) and related tools Produce portfolio-level management information aligned to delivery and financial trends Act as SME for PMG SharePoint, promoting best practices Identify and implement improvements in portfolio management, leveraging delivery insights and industry standards Champion change, accuracy, and continuous improvement Stay informed on industry trends to challenge the status quo and drive innovation What is required for the role: Graduate looking to move into project management or Experience of working in a project management or delivery organisation Knowledge of IFS PM qualification or equivalent experience Telco experience is a nice to have Should you be keen, please click on Apply! #J-18808-Ljbffr
