We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Product Management for our high profile client based in Reading, to lead and embed a newly established product function within a growing organisation. As a foundational leadership role, you’ll own the Product Operating Model, build a high-performing team, drive product discovery, and shape the strategy behind product and service innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the product operating model and lifecycle framework
  • Build and lead a team of product managers and analysts
  • Chair the cross-functional Product Steering Committee
  • Define and govern the central product roadmap
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Delivery, and Engineering to align product delivery with strategic goals

  • Extensive experience in product or strategy roles within telecoms, technology, or digital infrastructure
  • Proven leadership in scaling product portfolios with both speed and governance
  • Track record of delivering growth through category innovation and expansion
  • Demonstrated success in launching tech-enabled B2B product propositions across complex supply chains
  • Deep understanding of product frameworks such as SAFe, Agile, and Product Operating Models
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align technical, marketing, and operational functions
  • Experience building scalable product processes in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
