Clarify processes. Strengthen consistency. Enable better business outcomes. The Process Analyst plays a key role within MBNL’s Quality Assurance & Operational Excellence function, supporting the development, standardisation, and continuous improvement of business processes across the organisation.

Working closely with process owners and subject matter experts, the role captures, analyses, and documents end to end processes ensuring they are clear, consistent, and aligned to governance, quality, and compliance requirements. The role translates complex operational activity into structured, practical outputs that support effective delivery and reduce risk.

Why this role matters: Clear, well defined processes are essential to safe, compliant, and efficient delivery across MBNL’s infrastructure operations. This role ensures that processes are consistently understood, applied, and improved—reducing operational risk while enabling stronger performance. By maintaining accurate process documentation and supporting improvement activity, the role underpins both day to day operations and longer term transformation.

This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Central Reading office.

What you’ll be here to do:

  • Support process discovery, documentation, and improvement across multiple workstreams by capturing, analysing, and documenting end to end business processes.
  • Produce ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ BPMN process maps using agreed tools and standards.
  • Document supporting process detail including roles, responsibilities, systems, controls, and workflows.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, challenge assumptions, and align stakeholders, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and inefficiencies and proposing improvements.
  • Manage multiple priorities while delivering high quality process inventories, version control, and governance documentation.
  • Use tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to analyse data and produce structured outputs.
  • Support the embedding of processes into day to day operations through clear guidance and documentation.

Who we’re looking for:

You’re a detail oriented and organised individual with strong analytical and communication skills, comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and translating complex information into clear, structured outputs. You’ll bring:

  • Experience or exposure to business process analysis and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and a disciplined, methodical approach.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Confidence facilitating discussions and engaging stakeholders.
  • Strong Excel and documentation skills.
  • The ability to interpret, validate, and challenge information to ensure accuracy and completeness.

If you also have the following, we’d especially like to hear from you:

  • Experience with BPM tools (e.g. GBTEC BIC).
  • Lean or continuous improvement methods.

If you enjoy bringing clarity to complex processes and supporting continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you.
