Are you a recent graduate with a passion for organisation, process improvement, and digital systems? We’re looking for a Graduate Document Controller to join our team and play a key role in managing critical project documentation across large-scale telecoms infrastructure programmes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review, maintain, archive, or retire existing documentation across external document management systems.
  • Support the administration and implementation of document disposition processes—ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Align and manage metadata between internal and external DMS platforms, maintaining consistency and lifecycle control.
  • Help improve the structure, usability, and functionality of our external documentation platforms.
  • Assist in developing a formal archiving process and contribute to long-term data integrity.
  • Guide and support business users in using the external DMS correctly, including delivering basic training.
  • Ensure that published documents follow organisational standards for revision control, formatting, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records and audit trails across all documentation activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in document control and knowledge management.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Business Administration, IT Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Some awareness of ISO9001 and ISO45001 systems.
  • Exposure to infrastructure, construction, or asset-heavy industries is a plus.
