About the Role
In this role, you will oversee and deliver high-volume business-as-usual (BAU) administration processes, while also contributing to key integration projects - always with employee experience at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide transactional administration support, including bulk HR system updates and letter/collateral production
- Offer basic guidance on people policies and processes (e.g., new starters, right to work checks)
- Act as a subject matter expert for key employee lifecycle processes such as starters
- Support team KPIs by delivering first-contact resolution where possible and maintaining SLAs on high-volume transactions
- Accurately input and maintain data across multiple HR systems, ensuring GDPR and data protection compliance
- Provide project support as required, responding quickly and effectively to stakeholder requests

You will bring strong administrative capability and a passion for delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone who has:
