The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 Β£ per year.
We're looking for someone with a background in mobile telecoms, site acquisition, design or deployment to join a busy programme supporting the rollout of rural mobile infrastructure. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands how a mobile site moves from acquisition and planning through design, build and acceptance, and enjoys checking that projects have delivered what they say they have. Someone who has experience dealing with invoices and checking invoices are correct.
What you'll be doing:
- Reviewing telecoms deployment claims/invoices and checking milestones have genuinely been achieved
- Checking supporting evidence, site records and documentation
- Reviewing costs and identifying anything that looks unusual or requires further clarification
- Liaising with delivery teams and stakeholders to resolve queries and obtain additional evidence
- Maintaining accurate trackers and records for audit and reporting purposes
- Supporting the wider team with claim processing, governance and programme reporting
We're looking for:
- Coordination / project support experience within mobile telecoms acquisition/design/construction
- Understanding of mobile telecoms site acquisition, planning, design, build and/or acceptance and how a phone mast is built.
- Invoicing experience - high attention to detail to check milestones have been achieved.
- Good attention to detail with a naturally curious, analytical approach.
- Confident communicating with different stakeholders and comfortable asking questions.
- Strong Excel and organisational skills.
