Join a major transformation initiative supporting the transition of employees across multiple customer‑facing locations. This role plays a central part in managing TUPE activity and supporting decisions as part of a wider integration programme. Due to the significant volume of organisational change, we’re seeking an experienced Employee Relations (ER) Specialist who can confidently handle complex cases and fast‑moving project demands.
Key Responsibilities- Leading end‑to‑end TUPE processes
- Working closely with legal counsel and implementing contractual changes recommended by lawyers.
- Applying strong, up‑to‑date knowledge of UK Employment Law.
- Managing a high caseload with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and partnering effectively with leaders across the business.
- Producing clear reports and maintaining accurate project trackers.
- Proven Employee Relations experience within a customer‑facing or multi‑site environment.
