We’re looking for an Email Designer who brings energy, vision, and precision to every project—whether it’s developing standout customer communications or streamlining workflows to drive efficiency and creative consistency. This role is central to our evolution. You’ll take the reins from an established predecessor and help shape how we engage millions through our CRM channels, interpreting the brand with imagination and pushing our creative standards even higher.
What you’ll be doing:
- Bring our brand to life across CRM touchpoints, balancing creative flair with functional excellence.
- Contribute to and help shape the brand’s evolving visual identity, playing a key role in upcoming refreshes.
- Champion design thinking across the business—collaborating with internal teams and external partners alike.
- Drive quality in every deliverable, from initial concept through to execution, always staying true to the brand’s tone and visual ambition.
- Help improve workflows, streamline processes, and encourage best practices across the team.
- Stay plugged into design, culture, and digital trends—bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the table.
What you’ll bring:
