We’re hiring: Contract Manager – Theale (3 days in office)

Are you an experienced Contract Manager with a strong commercial mindset and a background in telecommunications, infrastructure, utilities, technology, or a related sector? We’re looking for a Contract Manager to join our Sales & Commercial Team and take ownership of a portfolio of complex Power as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Coverage as a Service (CaaS) contracts. This is a key role focused on managing the full contract lifecycle, strengthening customer relationships, ensuring SLA and KPI performance, mitigating commercial risk, and supporting revenue growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing contracts from implementation through to renewals, extensions and amendments
  • Monitoring SLA, KPI and commercial performance
  • Building trusted relationships with customers and senior stakeholders
  • Identifying and mitigating contractual, commercial and operational risks
  • Supporting contract negotiations, dispute resolution and governance
  • Working closely with Legal, Finance, Technical, Operations and Account Management teams
  • Analysing contract data to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience with contract management
  • Experience managing complex commercial contracts across their full lifecycle
  • Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills
  • Excellent analytical, organisational and stakeholder management abilities
  • Commercial acumen and a customer-focused approach

Experience within mobile telecommunications infrastructure, utilities, PaaS, IaaS, CaaS, enterprise/public sector contracts, or professional contract/commercial qualifications such as CIPS, WCC or CCCM would be advantageous.
