We are seeking an Assurance Analyst to join our team, playing a key role in maintaining the integrity and quality of inspection and maintenance delivery. This position is responsible for ensuring that completed works are accurate, fully evidenced, compliant with defined standards, and reflective of activity undertaken in the field. The role supports operational governance, supplier performance, and commercial assurance by providing objective, evidence-based review and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of inspection and maintenance job completions
  • Validate reported data, photographic evidence, and documentation against agreed standards
  • Identify inconsistencies, risks, and non-compliance issues
  • Produce clear and structured reports outlining findings and recommendations
  • Provide assurance insights to support supplier performance and payment integrity
  • Maintain accurate audit trails and documentation
  • Support continuous improvement of assurance processes, including automation opportunities

What we are looking for

  • Experience in quality assurance, compliance, contract audit, or process review
  • Experience working within asset-based, infrastructure, or field-delivery environments (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail with the confidence to challenge discrepancies
  • Experience working with structured datasets, supporting evidence, and defined operational standards
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate findings
