Project Partners are now recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Shift Technician to come and join an established team in Rugby, Warwickshire. We are looking for strong heavy engineering professionals who are ready for a new long term opportunity and have that flexibility to work on a shift basis.

Are you an experienced Mechanical Technician ready for a new challenge? Have you got previous work experience working in a heavy industrial engineering environment? Effectively carry out planned maintenance tasks and respond in a timely manner to breakdown repairs whilst meeting safety, health, environmental and financial targets.

Support and enforce all the company’s maintenance strategies and policies at the plant. Enforce safe operations and maintain environmental compliance to achieve zero accidents and incidents based on UK legislation and company policies to support the goal of continued license to operate and prevent injury.

  • National certificate (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a heavy industrial process engineering environment.

Pension Scheme based on age, starts at 5% employer contribution.
