As demand for pilot training continues to grow, our client is expanding their recruitment team and are seeking a highly motivated Pilot Recruitment Manager to lead enquiries, admissions, and lead generation activity.
The Role
The Pilot Recruitment Manager plays a critical role in converting enquiries into enrolled students while delivering a professional, consultative admissions experience. This role blends sales, lead generation, CRM management, requiring strong organisation, communication, and commercial awareness. You will be the first point of contact for prospective pilots, guiding them from initial enquiry through to consultation calls that you will lead, with some candidates progressing onward to the Head of Training or senior leadership where appropriate.
