About The Role

We are looking for a temporary general Administrator to support and coordinate day‑to‑day logistics operations across domestic and international activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth movement, storage, and control of spare parts and shipments, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer service.

You will act as a central point of contact between customers, internal teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, and service providers, supporting warehousing, shipping, documentation, and reporting activities. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support spare parts and stock management, including monitoring stock levels and movements
  • Prepare, check, and manage logistics and shipping documentation
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and service providers
  • Manage shared logistics inboxes and respond to queries efficiently
  • Track performance against SLAs and KPIs and assist with reporting
  • Raise and manage purchase orders related to logistics activities
  • Support asset, PPE, and tooling control in line with operational needs

About You

  • Previous experience in administration.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • Strong competency working with Microsoft Office, WMS and other administrative systems
  • Ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Flexible approach to support team cover when required
