The role
Ferrovial Construction is looking for a Digital Construction & Data Management Graduate to join the Quality and Design Department. The Ferrovial 2-year graduate development programme is designed to develop personal, professional and technical skills through a blended approach.
Location – Euston, London
Key Accountabilities:
- Utilise digital systems, Common Data Environments (CDE), and industry-standard software such as Dalux and Procore to support project delivery.
- Modify 2D models and develop proficiency in 3D modelling practices under the guidance of line management.
- Develop an understanding of project-specific BIM documentation, including BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDPs), and Employer’s Information Requirements (EIRs).
- Prepare clear reports summarising project activities, including site visits and technical observations.
- Gain an understanding of commonly used forms of contract, including NEC and JCT.
- Support the review, checking, and verification of project deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation, and assist in maintaining up-to-date records within project information systems.
Skills and Competence
We are looking for graduates with:
- Excellent written and communication skills and ability to interact at a variety of levels.
- Degree or master’s in Architecture, Architectural or Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, Construction Management.
- Motivated to learn and add value to the team, the role and the Graduate program.
- Analytical thinker who enjoys problem solving. Logical mindset with strong numerical skills.
- Proficient at analysing and manipulating large amounts of data and information.
- A proven team player who can effectively work with others.

- Technical Engineering knowledge of construction, materials and design.
