We are seeking a highly driven and collaborative Marketing Website Product Manager to lead the delivery of a marketing website serving multiple markets. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams and is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of marketing website projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and efficient use of resources. Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing website squad, driving the vision and delivery of enhancements for marketing websites ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and user needs.
- Build platform capabilities, monitoring KPIs to measure the success of initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, data and marketing partners to specify feature details, create user stories, drive Agile delivery and UAT.
- Provide data-backed recommendations across multiple concurrent projects; design and implement product testing strategies around these recommendations.
- Effectively prioritise and manage trade-offs to ensure successful delivery of features to production that meet customer needs.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides and release notes.
- Build strong partnerships with controls and governance teams to deploy effective solutions in a regulated industry.
- Drive user adoption and satisfaction through effective communication and training programs.
- Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge of relevant technologies and implications for your squad.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in a business-related area.
- Extensive experience in a related role, with proven experience managing ecommerce websites.
- Strong project management skills, with experience using Agile methodologies and expertise in managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams with excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Comfortable with and adaptable to change.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in managing relationships and negotiations with external partners and diligence in managing budgets and financials.
- Experience within fintech or regulated industry desirable.
