- Partner with architecture and engineering to shape end-to-end designs for testing capabilities, ensuring solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, and supportable in complex enterprise environments.
- Translate business and operational needs into high-quality testing requirements and delivery roadmaps that measurably improve production readiness and stability.
- Identify and drive automation opportunities to eliminate recurring issues, reduce toil, shorten MTTR, and improve overall operational stability.
- Facilitate outcomes-driven collaboration with internal teams and vendors to validate architecture, credentials, and testing applicability, ensuring alignment with existing systems and information architecture.
- Champion Product Owner and SDLC standards across Stability & Resiliency to increase consistency, governance, and use of leading-edge testing technologies.
- Contribute to the technology center community by leading advancement workstreams, sharing best practices, and mentoring others.

- Executive-level presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization with multiple stakeholder groups and dependencies.
- Payments industry knowledge or related experience.
- Advanced Product Owner skills (multi-period roadmap creation, value sequencing, business case writing).
