Job Responsibilities:
- Assist senior Portfolio Managers with all aspects of managing the Global Core Strategies: Global Select, Global Focus, Global Dividend.
- Working closely with Global Research analysts on stock ideas and advocating ideas for inclusion in portfolios.
- Contributing to portfolio construction decisions through insightful portfolio analysis.
- Working closely with Investment Specialist team on client communication.
- Day to day portfolio management including preparing orders and instructing portfolio actions from client activity such as cashflows.
Required Skills:
- Extensive investing experience (>5 years in public equity investing) with CFA or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of fundamental equity investing including company modelling, corporate strategy and the drivers of differentiated investment process.
- Excellent communication skills (written, visual and verbal) for effective idea advocacy and client communication.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment collaborating with, and learning from, other portfolio managers and analysts.
- Deep intellectual curiosity, mental agility and a commitment to excellence.
