Key Job Accountabilities:
- Develop the global ecommerce visual expression for D2C, marketplaces and eretail platforms across North Asia and new markets (US, SAPMENA), ensuring brand elevation and consistency.
- Develop branded concepts for commercial hallmarks across strategic markets (6.18, 11.11, Prime Day, Brand Day) in collaboration with the Retail Marketing team.
- Develop branded solutions and codes for livestreaming.
- Lead the development of new innovative digital projects for the brand, to stand out and express shu uemura's unique makeup artistry.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to align on strategic priorities, ensure best in class execution, and improve performance, driving strategic business KPIs.
- Collaborate with agencies, based in Asia/Europe/US, to develop best in class content and digital innovations.
Must have aspects:
- Strong creative acumen and interest for content, focused on the digital universe.
- Project management - Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders, simultaneously.
- Collaboration - ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to align on priorities and circulate information.
- Advanced knowledge of ecommerce platforms, both global and in Asia.
- Knowledge of beauty markets, brand platforms and upcoming trends.
- Cultural adaptation - working across multiple cultural contexts, both in Asia and with Paris headquarters.
- Business-level English.
Preferred qualification:
- 5-7 year experience in digital and/or ecommerce with project management.
- Background in Creative or Beauty or Fashion industries and strong passion for beauty.
- Understanding of the Chinese and/or Japanese consumer and more largely Asian online platforms and market landscape.
- Knowledge of creative or productivity softwares, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.
- Knowledge of Chinese or Japanese is a plus.
