Your role
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through delivery, iteration, and continuous improvement.
- Translate business objectives and user needs into clear product visions, technical requirements, and prioritized roadmaps.
- Build and deploy new digital capabilities and features aligned with the product backlog and business priorities.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data, design, and platform teams to define scope, priorities, and delivery plans.
- Ensure technical feasibility and scalability, working with development teams on architecture, integrations, and platform alignment.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology, facilitating clear communication between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams.
- Define, track, and monitor KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and support data-driven decision making.
- Ensure backbone platforms are fit for purpose, maintained, and aligned with regional and divisional needs.
- Support go-to-market activities in collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations.
- Manage and be accountable for product-related budget and spendings.
- Stay up to date with digital trends, emerging technologies, and product management best practices.
About you
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in product management, digital product ownership, or technical project management.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, including web/mobile platforms, APIs, and system integrations.
- Proven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, digital transformation, or data-centric products.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, GitHub.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or DevOps concepts.
