As a Tech for Social Good Building Tech Capacity Program Manager on the Tech for Social Good team, you will support our mission to drive impact in communities through technology. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the firm and manage programs that build tech capacity for socially focused organizations. You will help engage and inspire students, guide volunteers, and ensure successful program delivery across our EMEA Tech Center locations. Your work will contribute to a culture of innovation, inclusion, and positive change.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with lead program managers to deliver and manage Tech for Social Good Building Tech Capacity programs across EMEA Tech Center locations
  • Track progress, deliverables, and issues, and communicate ongoing project status updates
  • Analyze program data, report results, and share impact with stakeholders
  • Produce and deliver presentations and business cases to the team and key stakeholders
  • Leverage data analysis and survey feedback to plan for program innovation or expansion
  • Follow risk, controls, governance, and data protocols, escalating issues as needed
  • Showcase program impact through storytelling and partnership with communications/marketing
  • Engage and guide volunteers through training and ongoing support to achieve project goals
  • Manage relationships with nonprofit organizations and ensure successful program delivery
  • Build and facilitate communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support project resource, budget, and schedule management for efficient program execution
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and tools relevant to program scope
  • Travel domestically to support in-person program execution across EMEA

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation and facilitation skills
  • Stay highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain strong attention to detail, follow-through, and results orientation
  • Exhibit strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; synthesize data and communicate compelling stories
  • Manage time effectively, prioritize, and elevate issues or risks appropriately
  • Work autonomously and collaborate strongly within a team
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Support relationships with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and clients for project success
