How You’ll Make a Difference

You will be responsible for supporting assigned regional stakeholders, collaborating with chapters regarding policies, procedures, and bylaws, as well as other operational areas, to ensure each chapter is fully capable of operating effectively and efficiently. Reviewing, revising, and recommending chapter policies and identifying process improvements to ensure strong chapter operations. Assuring satisfactory service levels between PMI and chapters, partnering with Chapter Engagement Specialists to support successful implementation and adoption of new programs and services targeting chapter leader growth and development.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of association experience or similar scope experience administering processes for dispersed geographic groups, including working knowledge of not-for-profit organizational and governing documents (bylaws, policies).
  • General knowledge of association laws and general practices (ex. Anti-Trust, UBIT Tax, Non-Profit Classifications) would be useful.
  • General knowledge of insurance program requirements, including general liability and professional insurance.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and apply performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly establish and maintain positive oral and written presence in high volume setting; build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of staff, global customers, volunteers in varied committee structures, and external organizations with a track record of positive long term outcome-based relationships.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive organization topics and issues.
  • Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English).
