Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and production of high-quality marketing and sales support materials.
- Design a variety of creative assets and client proposals that project a premium image of the Project Group brand and wider business divisions to external stakeholders and clients.
- Work closely with the Group Marketing Director to create a brand vision that can be translated across all marketing channels, ensuring design is refined, elevated and on brand.
- Refine and evolve existing brand guidelines, templates, and assets to assist in consistent and compelling designs across all channels.
- Grow and nurture a creative team capable of producing innovative and impactful work.
- Design a wide variety of printed and/or digital materials.
- Create visual assets for digital platforms (e-commerce website, email, division websites, social media platforms).
- Develop client brochures, sales and estimating proposals, product catalogues and other publications.
- Determine, agree and communicate the parameters of the Design remit to the business.
- Lead the creative thinking on all large-scale Design team projects.
- Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Collaborate with different teams and departments to create compelling visuals that align with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging.
- Ensure consistent branding across various touchpoints, including print and digital materials.
- Collaborate with the digital and buying teams to maintain and update the website, creating an elevated digital experience.
- Manage multiple design projects, adhering to tight deadlines, and maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, either in-house or at an agency.
- Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer in the property/residential/interior market would be advantageous but not a requirement.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A deep understanding of the industry’s trends and aesthetics.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Resourceful and highly organised with an ability to learn and work independently.
- Excellent team player; requires strong communications across multiple departments.
