We\'re seeking a proactive, delivery-focused Project Manager to join an established PMO team supporting a major global transformation programme. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys being hands-on, and isn\'t afraid to roll up their sleeves to make things happen.
You\'ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a portfolio of business and technology projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and outcomes are met across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they meet agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and stakeholder reports.
- Drive collaboration between cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues and dependencies across global teams.
- Support governance and reporting processes within the PMO, ensuring consistent standards and documentation.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status reviews to maintain alignment and momentum.
- Champion best practices in project delivery and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
Skills & Experience
- 3-6 years\' experience managing end-to-end projects in structured environments (ideally within a PMO).
- Proven track record of delivering projects in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Hands-on approach with a focus on delivery rather than oversight.
- Proficient in project management tools and reporting methods (e.g. MS Project, Jira, RAID, dashboards).
- Experience working on large-scale or global programmes is an advantage.
- Exposure to FMCG, manufacturing, or supply-chain environments is desirable but not essential.
