About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Programme Manager to lead a multi-year, enterprise-wide global technology transformation initiative. This large-scale programme involves a complete re-evaluation of the technology landscape and business processes to ensure systems are scalable, secure, and future-ready. All current and future sites are within scope.
The role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution. You will take full accountability for governance, delivery, stakeholder alignment, resource planning, and financial performance while managing globally distributed teams and vendors in a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end programme governance, delivery, and benefits realisation
- Define programme roadmaps, resourcing plans, and manage budgets exceeding €10M
- Oversee multiple workstreams with competing priorities and interdependencies
- Engage and report confidently at executive and C-suite level
- Lead senior stakeholder forums and steering committees
- Deliver clear, structured reporting using RAID logs, dashboards, and executive summaries
- Manage third-party vendors, outsourced partners, and cross-functional internal teams
- Provide leadership to site teams through change, adoption, and transformation readiness
- Ensure ERP and enterprise platform programmes are delivered on time and within scope
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years' experience in programme management across complex global transformations
- Proven success managing ERP programmes and tracking benefits realisation
- Skilled in stakeholder management at executive and board level
- Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks
- Proficient in programme tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, and PowerPoint
- Experience leading distributed delivery teams and managing external partners
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP systems such as Evolve 4
- Background in FMCG, supply chain, or manufacturing environments
- PgM certification preferred (minimum PMP/Prince2)
